The Nikoloulis Winery
The Nikoloulis Winery was founded in 2002 by brothers Apostolos and Nikolaos. It is located in Thessaly, to the east of Larissa in the village of Halki. The Nikoloulis Winery has its own organic vineyards of 80 acres, certified by TUV AUSTRIA HELLAS. Its vineyards are planted with fine Greek and international grape varieties such as Xinomavro, Bantiki, Roditis, Moschato Black, Chardonnay, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignion, Ugni Blanc. The practices and cultivation of the organic viticulture followed, combined with the fertile clay and clay-soils, result in the production of excellent grape quality. The grapes are collected from the vineyard and transported directly to the modern facilities of the winery, which has all the necessary machinery and equipment for the process of producing excellent quality wines. The main goal of the Nikoloulis Winery is to respect the tradition and the consumer by creating natural fine wines from native doughs where they highlight the unique characteristics of the area.

Chardonnay 100%Dry White Wine
The acclaimed Chardonnay variety is cultivated with modern and strict methods of organic and biodynamic viticulture at our privately-owned vineyards.
The grapes are picked traditionally in the morning and are taken directly to the winery to be processed.
The free-run juice is poured into stainless steel tanks to be fermented at low temperatures, always with existing indigenous yeasts.
This generous variety, golden-green in color and excellent lucidity, gives out intense aromas of tropical fruit and citrus.
Its rich flavor combined with balanced acidity, leave the palate with a unique impression of pleasure, typical of the structure and characteristics of the Chardonnay variety.
Cheeses, fish, white meats and gravies, as well as salads, nuts and fresh fruit.
Served at 10-12 degrees C. / Available in 0.75 ml bottles.
Merlot - SyrahDry Red Wine
The internationally acclaimed Merlot and Syrah varieties, which make a mark on the oenological map, are planted on the privately owned vineyards where the norms of organic and biodynamic viticulture are strictly applied.
The combination of a loamy and sandy-clay soil, as well as the cultivation method, yield grapes of excellent quality.
The picking of the grapes takes place traditionally in the morning and they are taken directly to the winery to be processed.
The vinification and fermentation are done separately for each variety, with existing indigenous yeasts, at low temperatures, so that each one develops its unique character.
The maturation takes place in stainless tanks and later they are mixed. Intense ruby and bright colored, with rich aromas of forest fruits, juicy berries, spices and dark chocolate.
Full body with beautiful and well balanced acidity, combined harmoniously with tannins.
Ideal with red meats and gravies, full fat cheese and spicy dishes.
It is served at 16-18 degrees C. / Available in 0.75 ml bottles.
